Chavi Epstein
Born in London, UK. After attending Chabad High School, I then received a teaching diploma from Chabad Theological Seminary in NY. My husband and I were sent by the Rebbe on shluchos ( to be his emissaries ) to Columbia, SC, and 9 children, and almost 40 years later, we are still here supporting,caring for, and teaching our Jewish community.
I always wanted to paint, and felt deep down that I had the ability, however, I had many limiting beliefs that held me back from doing so… including that the creative arts and my desire to paint wasn’t important.
After exposing and turning those beliefs around—and realizing the Creator Himself wanted me to paint —I began to paint using watercolor in my late 50s.
Through the creative pleasure and expression of painting ( also singing and dance) I’ve come to experience for myself what is possible for each of us - to radiate Gds light into the world through our passion and creativity.
